Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in NEW condition with all the original packaging materials. Proof of purchase is also required. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned wood mounted stamps. Custom orders are not returnable.
EXCEPTION: Freebies, free goodies included in your order, can not be exchanged or returned.

All returns or exchanges must be received here within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to review. Recipt required.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a payment option, then simply choose "check" "telephone" or "paypal" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then write us a check, or sign into your paypal account, or call us with your credit card info. As soon as we receive payment, we'll begin processing of your order.
Orders paid by check are held for a maximum of 10 days pending payment. After 10 days the order will be canceled. Orders paying by paypal will be held a maximum of 5 days pending payment. After 5 days the order will be canceled.

NOTE: We normally will not return calls until after hours (after 5:30PM EST.) Why do we return calls after hours? Because we are usually in the workshop and the presses are very loud in there.

EXCLUSIONS: Certain over sized items are not available for free shipping. Oversized items include a quantity of 2 or more large storage binders, clip it up systems or other larger that average sized products. Orders with oversized items will be charged additional shipping via paypal.

SHIPPING ON RETAIL UNMOUNTED STAMP ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA AND CANADA:

30.00 to 45.00 is $5.50
45.00 to 65.00 is $6.50
65.00 to 99.99 is $7.50 (orders for this amount will need to add shipping to their payment by paypal, sorry its a website glitch)
$100 and over is FREE first class SHIPPING on unmounted stamp orders.
you can upgrade to global priority shipping by adding the difference to your payment by paypal.
Exclusions: All non flat products,mounted stamps, heavy or oversized items are not available at the rates estimated above. After you complete your order you will contacted with shipping quotes.

When will my order ship?

Paid orders are packed and shipped on a first come first served basis based on item availability. Please check the website for our current estimated shipping times. Sometimes we will split the order into partial shipments if we are expecting a long delay on a backordered item. There is no additional shipping charge for split orders. In most instances orders containing only unmounted stamps will ship fastest. Because mounted stamps are manufactured and assembled as ordered it may take up to 10-14 business days to ship based on our wood mount stock on hand. Orders for products that are not stamps are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Sometimes we are waiting on a shipment from our supplier and orders will be delayed. If the delay will be longer than 7 business days we will either contact you or send your order out in partial shipments.
Please note: ALL orders are shipped by USPS shipping is determined when the order is actually brought to the post office we are unable to provide the information in your shipping notification, therefore assume your order was shipped either first class or priority mail.

Why isn't there a paper invoice included in with my order?

first and foremost, its because we love trees. We need trees and frankly, in this business we use alot of them. So if we can spare some trees in the process why not? Thats why we offer back to back stamps whenever possible and its why sometimes we send your packages out in recycled shipping containers. We also email you 3 copies of your order invoice throughout the order process for you to refer to. All these cost cutting policies are reflected in our low prices, just another way of saying, "hey, we love your business, thanks for shopping with us! Enjoy your hobby and hug a tree while you do it!" So the next time your package arrives and you go looking for that missing invoice, dont forget to check your computer, its waiting in your mailbox.

Can I upgrade/expedite my shipping options or delivery times?

What materials are your stamps made of? Acrylic or rubber?
|
|

Our stamps are made from deeply etched red rubber. Its a superior product to clear stamps and made to withstand alot of abuse. Mounted stamps come on a maple block with an image label on the top. Unmounted stamps come just the rubber, no block or cushion. We have ez mount cling cushion available by the sheet in both thin or original thickness. This is our preferred method of choice for temporary mounting of unmounteds to acrylic blocks.
Stamps mounted to cushion (either perm. or temp. ez mount cling) and pretrimmed are available by special order. Email us your list of items for a price quote. Our number is 631-884-2024 we can be reached after 6PM EST.

Information on using discount codes:
- Discount codes apply to full priced merchandise. Special offers and sale items are excluded.
- Discount codes can not be combined. Only one discount code will apply to an order.
- How do you use a code?
Enter your discount code in the discount code box in the shopping cart. Click "recalculate" you will see the discount applied immediately. If you do not see the discount applied, stop there and email us strvingartistmp@aol.com something is wrong. If you continue thru checkout you will be charged the total reflected on the website.
Discount codes are good on NEW orders only and orders are not adjustable.
